More shots of Fantastic Caverns.

Fantastic Caverns - Missouri

We went to Fantastic Caverns with Charlie and Georgie - what a great cave. You ride in a wagon pulled behind a jeep -- it was a great way to see the caves and have a tour guide describe what you were looking at.

Our "Almost" Dog -- Meet Tank

"Tank" was dumped at Charlie and Georgie's and we were very tempted to take him with us but since he had no shots and could still be claimed by someone we decided it best not to take him along with us.
He was quite sweet and really just a puppy. He looks like a cross between a Rottweiler and a hot dog!

This is at Charlie and Georgie's Campground in Stoutland, Missouri -- It's our friend's house and they put in full hook-ups for us. What a great time we had with them.

Catch up -- Travel from Illinois to Missouri

This is a shot of us traveling into St. Louis -- I was really excited to drive so close to the "Arch".

Update

Hi all --
We are in Tulsa, OK and went to the Will Rogers Museum and the JM Davis Arms and Historic Museum. Today we are headed across the remainder of Oklahoma and headed into Texas. Hoping to be camping in Texas tonight.
Will post pictures soon.

Happy Campers

Today's Travel - April 17th

Today we left Dayton, Ohio at about 9:00 am and traveled until about 6:00 pm. It was about 300 miles. What was comical about today was that as we were driving along -- it dawned on me that there were many leaves on the trees -- it was such a wonderful discovery. Here is a view of the field filled with a purple flower which I don't know what it is yet. The other field is to show the distance across the corn fields. It's amazing how big the fields are out here. I understand the mid-west have even bigger ones.

More of Wright-Patterson

April 16th --Wright Patterson Air Museum

These are a few pictures from our visit to Wright-Patterson Museum in Dayton, Ohio! If you ever have the chance you should definitely go. We spent the whole day at the museum and then went out to dinner with Mike and Brenda McCracken -- my nephew and his wife. We don't get to see each other often so it was fun!

Before We Left - Uncle Roger's 100th Birthday

Uncle Roger turned 100 and we celebrated with him on April 9th! Congratulations Uncle Roger!
